BAD signature

I tested the german CTAN server this morning and yesterday morning with

sudo -i tlmgr --location
https://ctan.org/tex-archive/systems/texlive/tlnet/ update --all

The result was

Please try from a different mirror and/or wait a few minutes
and try again; usually this is because of transient updates.

In contrast, the following works without problems:

sudo -i tlmgr --location http://mirror.ctan.org/systems/texlive/tlnet
update --all
