BAD signature

Indeed, there is something fishy: THere are three files playing into all
this:
- texlive.tlpdb			the database
- texlive.tlpdb.sha512		sha512 hash of the database
- texlive.tlpdb.sha512.asc	signature of the hash of the database

Now it seems that on the DANTE server:
- texlive.tlpdb			is from yesterday
- texlive.tlpdb.sha512		is from yesterday
- texlive.tlpdb.sha512.asc	is from **today**

Then of course, there is an error.

I don't know how this could have happened, but a simply re-rsync should
fix it. On the tug server it is correct.
