[tex-live] size panic over

I found that I had screwed up, and was a) copying binaries  multiple 
times. and b) not using the flag on "zip" which tops
symbolic links being expanded. Combined with the death of "demo" means 
that the compressed CD (loads of zip files) is
about 600 Mbytes, and the live one for DVD is about 1.3 Gbytes

the problem won't go away, but for this year lets assume all is OK.

now that the .CAB spectre has receded,  we are left with

 *  Olaf/Thomas/Thanh/Martin/Fabrice agreeing on a stable source
 *  Sebastian/Karl  checking Unix install
 *  Fabrice finding way to use zip files in an install
 *  Compiling binaries

which isn't so bad, really. then it comes back to
  * Documentation
  * Testing
