TUG 2008 - Conference Registration

Please fill out and submit the form below to register for the conference.

The conference will be in held in the Boole I lecture theatre (basement adjacent to the Boole Library). Various campus maps are available.

Refund policy: Full refund of any payments if cancellation request is received before May 31; 50% refund if before June 22; no refund is possible after June 22.

Internet access: Guest wireless Internet will be available without charge (WPA2 authentication may be required), and open-access lab PCs will be available for those without wireless. Wireless access credentials will be given by the conference organizers at registration if not before. If you can't reach them when you get in, several cafes in town and the Clarion hotel reportedly have free wireless access.

Transportation: Information on traveling by air, road, train, and/or bus is available. For parking, a pay garage is next to the campus, but the accommodations are within easy walking distance anyway.

Accommodations: We have reserved suites for TUG'08 participants at University College Cork's University Hall, a few minutes walk from the main campus. Our rate is 55 Euro per person per night, including continental breakfast.

If you have particular preferences for roommates, please indicate in the ‘Additional comments’ field at the bottom.

Nearby off-campus hotels and guesthouses (B&Bs) are also available.

All amounts in US dollars; credit cards will be charged in dollars. We are using a $1.00 = .75 Euro exchange rate.
