luametatex needs an update

Hi,

as reported on a ConTeXt mail list, there was a bug in luametatex which
caused the following file to produce incorrect output.

The new version of luametatex found at
        https://dl.contextgarden.net/build/luametatex/work/
solved the problem for texlive 2023 on Linux x86-64.

I don't know the correct way to report this, but I'll bet that people who
know how to get the update into texlive are reading this. :-)
