File m-pictex.mkii not found

Hi Uwe,

    \usepackage{m-pictex} fails in (pdf)latex. It prompts that m-pictex.mkii
    is not found.

Sure, we can add m-pictex.mkii back, but not sure if that's enough.

If you copy m-pictex.mkii from a previous release (also attached) into
your current dir, does it work? --thanks, karl.
