Problem during installation

Hauke  Behrenbeck reports a problem with install-tl-windows.exe.

The clue might be this log entry:

>> TLPDB::_install_data: downloading did not succeed

Is it possible that the local disk is full?

If not, I suggest trying a different mirror, in case some network
issue is the cause.
