Hi Zdeněk,
these fonts can be used freely even in commercial environments but
there are restrictions regarding distribution.  Most of the licenses
forbid taking money for the distribution.

If you are thinking about re-distribution you have to read the
licenses carefully.  See

  https://tug.org/fonts/getnonfreefonts

Once the fonts are installed you can access their licenses with

  texdoc -l <fontpackage>

I'm not a lawyer but I think that if your customer really needs fonts
supported by getnonfreefonts you could give him a script which
installs them on his machine.  This way you are not distributing the
fonts but your customer installs them without violating licenses.

As far as getnonfreefonts is concerned you can be sure that I'll never
support fonts which can't be *used* freely.
