Lincense question for commercial app

Hi,

yes, "used" in my case means basically calling the compiled executable
xelatex (which is according to CTAN licensed under X11 license) inside the
app.

An issue that might come up are the used fonts (which also have a separate
license I assume). But that's another issue.

Because GPL came up: TexLive itself is not under GPL. Only some packages
(based on CTAN search might be, or might be under another license for that
matter). Is that correct?
