[EXT] PFA format not usable with XeTeX

It works on windows by converting the font with mktexpk to a bitmap
as one can see if one zooms in. In linux systems the mktexpk call
seems to fail. In any case using a proper vector font is better
anyway, so it would be good if texlive would add a pfb and a
suitable map entry.
