Why is quran package installed by default on Texlive2020

Norbert appreciate the solution. Interesting need forced uninstall to remove it so Karl was wrong about a normal uninstall - find that really weird. 

Still dont understand why it is installed in anything but a full scheme - have very strong objections to it being installed on my computer but off topic.

Texlive is more stable because miktex is buggy recently hence the switch so thanks everyone.
