luahbtex and tuenc

Dear all,

As of this morning, I noticed that lualatex-dev fails to compile this
simple document:

       \documentclass{article}

       \usepackage{fontspec}

       \begin{document}
       Hello
       \end{document}

and returns the following error message:

    ! LaTeX Error: Encoding scheme `TU' unknown.

\usepackage[euenc]{fontspec} works.  But is there something amiss with
the latest luahbtex?
