[tex-live] Clicking in "TeX Live Manager" 2015 gives an error (windows)

Hi,

I have just installed TeX Live 2015 using "install-tl-advanced[.bat]" 
and all went smoothly.

When I click in "TeX Live Manager" or execute "tlmgr-gui[.exe]" in a 
command line, I get an error with the message "Cannot determine release".

But if I execute "tlmgr --gui" in a command line, it works perfectly.

Everything else is working with no flaws.

I'm working with Windows and I also have installed TeX Live 2014 (the 
TeX Live Manager 2014 works normally).

Any clues about what is happening is appreciated.
