[tex-live] Windows installer of Tex Live 2012 pretest points still to Tex Live 2011 repository?

That's in health. The tlnet repositories at mirror.ctan.org are still
2011 because 2012 isn't yet in the public release. To install 2012 you
need to point the installer to a pretest repository.
