[tex-live] How to set the "main platform" in tlmgr

Do you use MacTeX? Then this is a *feature* of mactex that both archs
are installed.
If you install using install-tl you can select the arch or override what
you want.
After that removing is possible, but I doon't know how this affects
MacTeX, so better ask there.
