[tex-live] texi2dvi in executable path?

As Karl has already said, the Texinfo programs that used to be shipped 
with TL have been removed.  The (old) texi2dvi that you found is only 
there because it is part of the texdraw package.  It would be foolish 
for people to link to that rather than using the version that comes with 
their distro's Texinfo.
