Olaf will make a little changes in kpathsea/web2c such as
tilde expansion, --jobname option ... but building of
pdftex, metapost (Olaf will change mp.ch), ... will be trivial.
Taco had removed kpathsea from dmp.c in mpware in metapost 0.901.
I don't know the reason. But I like the original kpathsea version.
