This table is a bit premature -- first you need a list of systems
where TL builds and has been (properly) tested.

But you can make sure the individual components that go into TL work:
e.g., teTeX, tex4ht, and also 3rd party utilities (perl, ImageMagick,
ruby, ghostscript, xpdf?). If you are confident all these packages build
on your system, then it shouldn't take much to work out the remaining
glitches in a pre-release snapshot.
