[tex-live] gsdll32.dll

          I  ran TeX off the CD-Rom,  I typeset (8-1-1.tex) with LaTex from
win-shell.
          It went through smoothly, the log indicates that "Output written
on 8-1-1.dvi".
          I  then click the dvi viewer button, and got an error message that
says

 
--------------------------------------------------------------------    
                    initGS: can't find gsdll32.dll
 
            This system cannot find the file  specified.
 
--------------------------------------------------------------------

          I am using a PC with windows 2000.
          Please help.
