Please let me know if this is not the proper forum for this question. I am
brand new to LaTeX and am trying to learn about it and how to use it. I just
now subscribed to this list.

Is there an easy way to get my downloaded Medline references into a BibTeX
file? I have found several "med2bib" programs on the web, but they all look
like plain text files with programmin commands that require Perl, or Awk, or
various other things I have never heard of. I'm looking for some sort of
simple, self-installing, Windows program.

Thanks.
