I've assembled RC6 based on the first 2019 release of CWEBBIN:
https://github.com/ascherer/cwebbin/releases/tag/cwebbin-2019

Apart from the version number, there are quite a few changes in the code
base as requested by Karl behind the scenes. We're still in the process
to actually make the move to push this stuff to SVN. Although it
compiles fine on my machine and on Travis CI (four different setups), it
seems to fail on the central build server.
