[pdftex] Directory Names with Spaces

As far as I know, you can't do this. There are 2 cases to consider :
- wether there is a blank in some directory path of files used by tex,
for example :
TEXMFMAIN=c:/Program Files/TeXLive/texmf
that shoud not be a problem any more ans is working ok (or at least I
hope so!)
- wether there is a blank inside the path you give to TeX on the
command line : this case can't be handle (afaik) in a sound way. TeX
will parse your command line and is bound to split your filepath in
pieces. Some quoting mechanism would be needed inside TeX, but there
aren't any.
