We would greatly appreciate additional sponsorship of the conference. We will happily acknowledge all donors (unless anonymity is preferred).
A sponsorship of $100 includes a half-page ad in the program (see details below), as well as your name/logo in the conference publicity, program, and proceedings.
In addition to the basic listing, for a sponsorship of $500, we can offer one waived registration fee with workshop and banquet attendance; and for a $1000 sponsorship, two waived registration fees with workshop and banquet attendance. Only these fees can be waived; travel and lodging remain your responsibility.
The sponsorship payment can be submitted on either 1) the registration page (either with a registration or as a donation on its own; put the sponsorship info in the notes field); or 2) TUG's general payment page.
The best format for the ad is 39pcx26pc (“half-page horizontal”) and black and white, or at least degrade reasonably to black and white. The printed conference proceedings will not be able to have color ads, but we'll post color online.
