Lehmke, Stephan

lehmke.jpg Born, Recklinghausen, Germany, 1968.

University of Dortmund, Department of Informatics I. Working on research project "Collaborative Research Center on Computational Intelligence".

Studied Informatics in Dortmund, received MSc in 1996, Ph.D. in 2001 (both in aspects of many-valued logic).

LaTeX user since starting university in 1989 (Atari TeX, different flavours of Unix TeX); used mainly for typesetting scientific papers, theses and lecture notes.

Member of Dante, organiser of Dante conference, 1999. No TeX-related publications yet, apart from releasing TeXPower which now resides on SourceForge and CTAN. Held tutorials about creating presentations at two Dante conferences.

Lately, interest in producing beamer presentations for lectures and talks with LaTeX (author of TeXPower), and (as a second job) data-based publishing on LaTeX.



Ludwichowski, Jerzy B.

ludwichowski.jpg Jerzy B. Ludwichowski, 54, is married with one daughter, working for the Nicolaus Copernicus University, Torun, Poland at the Computing Centre.

TeX user, interested in applying TeX to creating database reports and for workflow problems.

Founding member of GUST. Vice President of GUST since 1995.

Organised and co-organised TUG'98 and EuroTeX'02.

Hobbies include gardening and science fiction. Sports: horse riding and basketball.
