[XeTeX] no space after item no.

adam can best check what happens here (he maintains the xetex driver 
file); i know that there has been changes in the xetex color handler and 
context is not using the font related color features (makes no sense in 
context)

How does the pdf stream look in a job like:

\setupcolors[state=start]
\starttext
black \color[red]{red} black
\stoptext
