There's no standard symbol for power set in mathematics. You can use 
whatever you fancy. "\mathfrak{P}" available in the "eufrak"
package, "\mathcal{P}" (especially with "eucal" package), "\mathscr{P}" in 
the "mathrsfs" package are nice candidates.

If you mean scipt letters, then try "\mathscr{L}" in the "mathrsfs" 
package.

This I don't understand. Can you explain what you mean?
