[tldoc] New in the list

Hello!
I'm a TeX Live user from Spain. I've subscribed to the list because
I've downloaded the install-tl-unx.tar.gz file and there is no Spanish
es.po file in the translations directory. Then, I would like to know
if there is somebody currently working in a Spanish translation. If
not, I would like to make the es.po file and the Spanish version of
the documentation. I hope they can be included in the next Tex Live
release.
