[tldoc] can you guys open all the pdf docs there?

    I cannot view the documents in acroread 8 on both Windows and FreeBSD:

Indeed, those pdf files are bad in the repository due to
Subversion wrongly guessing they are text instead of binary.
I can't tell you how many times I have struggled with this.

Will systematically check and fix again ...
