Here are Czech/Slovak files (cstldoc.pdf  helpsk.txt  live.tex
readme.cs.html  sk.msg  tlpmsk.readme).
Karl, please put them to the appropriate places and generate live.html.
tlpm files are in utf-8, live.tex and readme.cs.html are in ISO-8859-2.
