Things changed...

Dear All,

I returned to use Latex after a few years, as retirees find they want to 
have a good tool too, and while my system (xubuntu) has kept track of 
texlive all along, I find surprising---to me---changes. For example, 
pstricks disappeared, and I find it meandered to the lwarp directory.

Is there a place where I can find about the recent changes?
