TUGboat 46:1 was mailed around May 1. If you haven't received your copy
yet, please email the TUG office at office at tug.org. We have been
informed that unfortunately quite a few recipients were required to pay
customs duty or other fees to receive it; we apologize for this. We are
exploring alternative mailing methods, as always, but there is no
guaranteed way to avoid import fees in today's world of international
mailing. So, we are also happy to refund fees paid.
As always, we welcome submissions for the upcoming issues.
