Address font in envlab.

Ulrike already recommended the option 'nocapaddress'.

I'd like to add that envlab was my first LaTeX package.  For quite
some time I was thinking of rewriting it according to the new US and
international postal rules.  LaTeX3 at last gives the tools to do it
right.  I hope to find some time to write envlab3.
