Portable multi-os version of TeXlive and TeXmaker

Could one put three partitions (FAT32 ?)  On your USB stick. Install TeX
for Windows on one, TeX for MAC on a second and use the third for
documents, etc? You might even install a MAC file system on one partition.
I have used Windows and Linux systems and have never used a MAC 🖥.
