Options for pairing Concrete Roman with a .ttf font

It looks like fontspec wants all fonts to be in TU encoding, and since
it cannot find ccr in TU encoding, it substiututes lmr instead.

I performed a quick hack. I copied t1ccr.fd to my working directory as
tuccr.fd and changed T1 to TU.  To my surprise it worked.
