OT: LaTeX document class sugconf, for SAS programmers, and Jupyter notebook as well

hello krewe!

I am the author of the LaTeX document class sugconf:
SAS User Group conference,
which is an extension of the article class.

I was asked to update sugconf.cls this year
because Jupyter now supports output to *.tex.

Here is my how.to of sugconf
