Oh come on, use your brain and not only "Voidtools". Compare your
list above with the names Boris used and make an educated guess that
he made a typo and that t1pbsi.sty should be pbsi.sty and pbsi.fd
should be t1pbsi.fd.

I don't think that it would make sense to confuse new LaTeX users by
long list of internal names they don't need to know. 

The general advice to use any font in latex is to try to find a
support package and to use it.
