source for Textures 2.2.0b19

Thank you so much Paul. I was one of the official "resellers" of Textures
in UK around 1990! Great to see this running again!

I can see it running in plain tex and the log file shows progress, but I
see no output in the typeset window. I have a feeling I need some fonts.
Any hints?
