[texhax] how the object ID are chosen in Latex while creating a PDF

Hello everyone,

I am trying to understand how the object ID are chosen in pdflatex or latex.
Can someone please guide me to some documents or explain this question???

I have already tried to create a hello world program using .tex file, I
have generated the PDF using Pdflatex, div, lualatex and tried to
understand the objects.
