[texhax] enumerate inconsistency

While hyperlink is a main reason, there  are others. F.e. \nameref
introduced by hyperref. If we  have unnumbered section or theorem  (but
theorem has a custom name) then \nameref returns the title of the section*
or custom name of the theorem. However, not for a custom name for  item
