    http://www.tug.org/texlive/doc/tlmgr.html#uninstall

which belongs to section

    http://www.tug.org/texlive/doc/tlmgr.html#ACTIONS

yields the suggestion to uninstall TeXLive by

    tlmgr uninstall

or

    tlmgr uninstall --force
