[texhax] FW: Problem ComEx LaTeX template file

Dear TeXnical support 

I am a master student and new user to use tex processing. Today i downloaded  ComEX_template.tex file of the IEICE websit.The results found that is warning error in fig. 1 and can not run PDF file. Could you guide and help me to edit error of the ComEx file ?
