[texhax] latex compiler has problems with \begin{Soutput}

I guess that the Soutput environment is using darkred but doesn't
define it itself.  In this case you have to load another package
explicitly.  If true, this should be mentioned somewhere in the Sweave
documentation.  I would look there first.
