I'm not a lawyer either, but as far as I understand it, this license
covers the code provided by Jonathan and you have check the licenses
of all the libraries involved too.

Otherwise you could compile ghostscript as a library, write a small
wrapper, and distribute the whole thing with a license of your choice.
