[texhax] class for refcard

Exploit the space of a reference card optimally may require
something more elaborate than tables or multiple columns,
very dependent on the set of commands that actually need
to be described. Therefore I wonder if the textpos or the
flowfram package could help here -- hope so, Uwe!

This would have been correct without "pub"; but anyway, the OP did not
ask for a certain refcard, but for a refcard class for his own refcards about
arbitrary subjects. -- Difficult! Perhaps "leaflets help, if you don't fold them!

Hope this helps,
