You can get Latin Modern as OpenType from GUST
<http://www.gust.org.pl/projects/e-foundry/latin-modern/download>.

Or you could use the Truetype version of Computer Modern
<http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/fonts/cm/ps-type1/bakoma/ttf/>.
