[texhax] bold lines

Hello, 
I have some math expresses (fractions), eqnarrays, tabulars with fractions and after conversion to ps (-> pdf), most of the fraction lines and tabular lines (hline) became bold. What is weird, not all the lines. Could someone please help me?
