[texhax] comments in PDF file generated via LaTeX

Hello, Thanks for reading my mail.

I am using LaTeX and to generate the PDF file I am using  " dvips ---> 
distiller ----> Pitstop ".
And I would like to visualize the changes carried out in the tex source 
file and to add the revisions in the form of comments in the PDF file.

Is there a latex style doing that ? or is anybody have an idea to how to 
do that ?
