Maybe with \input, but I assume they both have their own preamble. You
probably have to rearrange things.

You could also concatenate pdf files

 http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/pdfpages/pdfpages.pdf

but you'll lose hyperlinks.
