[texhax] where is tugboat.def?

[Paul Topping]

Of course, within minutes of sending this I found tugboat.def on the
DVD. I put it in the same directory as my document and it all started
working. Is this where the file should go? Surely there must have been
some more user-friendly way to solve this problem.
