[texhax] embedding a picture(*.eps)

I think that you will find the package already installed in the basic
MikTeX package.
Look in the directory c:\Program Files\MikTeX 2.5\tex\latex\graphics
for graphics.sty.  If it is not installed you might consider
reinstalling MikTeX.  The installation of extra packages in MikTeX is
automated using Start | All Programs | MikTex 2.5 | Browse Packages.
You may install mising packages in this way if you have a connection
to the internet.  You can also update your installation using the
update icon available in the same set of shortcuts.  If you follow
these later procedures you will not have to do any additional
registration etc steps.
